We will have a full Crew meeting (not just Northern Tier) from 7:30 – 9:00 PM Wednesday, Feb 8, 2012 at Burke United Methodist Church, located on the corner of Burke Centre Parkway and Burke Lake Road. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall, which is to your right as you enter the front of the church. Be advised there is choir practice scheduled for the sanctuary at the same time.

Summer 2013 and other prospective (already > 14 and < 21 years old) Crew members are also invited to attend this meeting. Prospective summer 2013 members are those Troop 1346 Scouts who will be 14 years of age OR 13 years of age and have completed the eighth grade by the end of this school year.

Our agenda will include introduction of Crew Officers and Advisors, followed by a discussion about meeting schedules, activity opportunities, Sea Base 2013 and Crew shirt orders (will be due Mar 5). We will also provide an update on our preps for Northern Tier 2012, but this is not a Northern Tier planning meeting. We will also talk about our website and twitter feed.

Before the meeting, take a look at the Crew website (www.crew1346.org), and if you are interested in attending Sea Base 2013, please look at the adventure opportunities at www.bsaseabase.org so that we can update our lottery request for 2013 following the meeting. Also, look around, talk with your friends and be ready to suggest other fun activities other than the big summer adventure!
